Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by identifying and analyzing emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive market forces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive leadership and board stakeholders to drive strategic alignment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and R&D labs to capture cutting-edge insights
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities in volatile markets
- Mentor internal teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation best practices
- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies through data-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercially successful initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, system dynamics modeling)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venturing functions
