Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align innovation priorities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation and market disruption
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends and innovation strategy
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing cross-functional R&D pipelines
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
