- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead 'Future Labs' - immersive workshops with stakeholders to co-create solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' proprietary 'Foresight Engine' methodology
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums (WEF, Davos, SXSW)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
