Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author executive-level future-state reports and disruption assessments for key industries
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing practices
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor leadership teams on anticipatory leadership and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS)
- Experience leading global innovation teams with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
