- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Create actionable roadmaps for emerging markets and next-gen product ecosystems
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting with proven impact on market-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Strong leadership in cross-functional environments with global teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (articles, patents, or books)
