Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) with market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors, securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Collaborate with academic partners (Stanford, MIT) to commercialize breakthrough research
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product lines
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
