Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop futuristic products/services with 5-10 year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend forecasting using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation solutions in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with proven future-shaping impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of 3+ future-oriented initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning platforms)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
