Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology and market trend forecasts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead workshops with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for adoption opportunities
- Build scenarios for disruptive market shifts and prepare contingency frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
