- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight frameworks into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Curate and host exclusive FutureSummits with industry pioneers and academic thought leaders
- Author the annual '2026 Tech Horizon' whitepaper predicting disruptive market shifts
- Manage a $5M innovation fund supporting early-stage ventures aligned with our 2026 vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AGI, or synthetic biology preferred)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, cross-impact matrix analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 market-defining innovations launched in the past 5 years
