Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year predictive modeling
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions in quantum-AI hybrids
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Author white papers on singularity-preparedness and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive $50M+ R&D budget allocation for exponential technology investments
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Present at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits on human-tech symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles at FAANG-tier companies or national labs
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology forecasting or paradigm shifts
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar innovation portfolios
- Fluency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Foresight Practitioner)
