Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future-trend analysis
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-based initiatives
