Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum and biotech domains
- Publish industry-shaping thought leadership on exponential technology impacts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Published author in tech foresight or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed preferred)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning techniques
