Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop future scenario roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Architect innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews and global trend workshops
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and C-suite clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing future scenarios for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio of future strategy projects with measurable impact
