Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive innovations
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on future-facing technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and manage a network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across client organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruption (showcase 3+ accurate predictions)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
