Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Temporal Modeling' methodology
- Establish industry-leading benchmarks for technological adoption curve forecasting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting with published industry whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-5, TemporalNet)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Credibility with C-suite executives across tech, finance, and government sectors
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation strategies implemented by 2025
