Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions with engineering teams
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to track emerging technologies
- Create annual 'Horizon Reports' quantifying market shifts and competitive threats
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
