Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market shifts to develop 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption and market opportunity identification
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into long-term development cycles
- Author visionary thought leadership pieces on the future of technology and society
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline tracking and strategic impact measurement
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D planning, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks required
