Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making

- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation lab
- Author trend reports influencing $2B+ annual investment portfolio
- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing paradigm-shifting trends
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation domains
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Portfolio of published forecasts with validated impact
