Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product development and business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) a plus
