Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, clean energy, and space exploration sectors
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact on product innovation and market positioning
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier innovation forums
- Oversee experimental prototype development for 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic preferred)
