Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype breakthrough technologies
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption and market disruption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership programs
- Monitor global tech trends and patent landscapes for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Prior executive-level presentations to C-suite/Boards
- Portfolio of published research on emerging technologies
