Collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop actionable future scenarios. You'll lead cross-functional workshops, author trend briefings for C-suite executives, and pioneer our proprietary Horizon Scanning Framework.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-level executives across 15+ industries
- Author quarterly trend reports disseminated to 500+ innovation leaders
- Design and implement Horizon Scanning methodologies for client innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership at global conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D strategy
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrices
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
