Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to executives and investors on future tech trajectories
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on emerging technology investments
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech companies
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
