- Produce strategic foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives for stakeholder alignment
- Advect organizational culture to embrace adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in technology adoption curves and diffusion of innovation theories
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology disruption
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) highly valued
