Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Architect adaptive roadmaps for quantum computing integration and ethical AI deployment
- Conduct market analysis for emerging biotech and neurotech applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Maintain innovation ecosystem partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Systems Thinking
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
