Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author quarterly foresight reports and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps balancing technological feasibility with societal impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members to secure innovation funding
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
