Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and global megatrends to inform strategic planning
- Develop and present comprehensive future scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic innovation projects aligned with long-term vision
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market disruptions to identify first-mover opportunities
- Design and execute foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi studies) for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles within tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that drove measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight (articles, whitepapers, books)
