Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Represent company at global innovation forums and patent symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum applications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, neurotech, and climate tech landscapes
