Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech convergence points (AI/quantum/biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce trend intelligence reports with predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and futures literacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation strategy or tech foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight publications
