Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ industries
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products/services
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish metrics for innovation KPIs and ROI tracking
- Curate thought leadership content and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or MBA
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning skills
- Experience with design thinking and rapid prototyping
- Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech/futures publications
