Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast industry shifts and opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D and product teams
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify disruptive investment opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven trend forecasting capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences preferred
