Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to define 2026+ strategic horizons
- Develop and present future scenario models to executive leadership and investors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Architect patent-pending frameworks for sustainable technology adoption
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future-oriented strategies or patents
- Experience building and scaling innovation frameworks in tech companies
