- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions through rapid experimentation
- Deliver foresight reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across global markets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in tech-driven industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
