Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and human-computer interaction domains
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce executive-ready reports and scenario-based strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Exceptional facilitation skills with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, STEEP analysis)
