- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year horizons
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex trends into executive insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
