Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making

- Author visionary white papers and trend reports positioning Horizon Dynamics as an industry thought leader
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to evaluate and incubate next-generation startups
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence using proprietary analytics tools
- Present future outlooks to investors, partners, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, or quantum computing trend analysis
