Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with market disruption vectors and enterprise objectives
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen solutions in augmented reality, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and technology adoption forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and global stakeholder alignment
