Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global megatrends to develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts (AR/VR, AI ethics, quantum computing applications)
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight reports into actionable product development pipelines
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future scenarios and disruption risks across industries
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing rapid prototyping with ethical and sustainable practices
- Curate and lead external futurist networks, academic partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
