Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier journals like MIT Tech Review
- Design and manage scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Develop proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms using machine learning models
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Present findings at global innovation conferences (minimum 3/year)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published author in foresight or technology trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Causal Mapping)
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
