- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging societal and economic paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready products and services
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or paradigm shifts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives across global markets
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
