Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges (climate, healthcare, urbanization)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic frameworks
