Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future trends into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author quarterly Future Pulse briefings distributed to 2,000+ global decision-makers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry foresight summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or R&D with future-planning focus
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning tools for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to non-technical audiences
