Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and future readiness
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills for complex systems and scenarios
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and strategic planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
