- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Represent Horizon at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
