Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and curate foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published research on AI, biotech, or climate tech implications
- Executive-level experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Global network with futurist communities and research institutions
