Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients facing disruption from AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future workforce automation and human-AI collaboration
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients adopting 6G networks, quantum-secure cryptography, and synthetic biology
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for enterprise clients
