Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends, market shifts, and societal changes through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services using scenario planning and futures thinking methodologies
- Produce actionable intelligence reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights
- Champion a culture of innovation through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and internal mentorship
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial products or market strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning, data modeling, and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3-5 years
