Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design strategic frameworks for adoption of transformative technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future scenarios
- Establish KPIs and metrics for innovation portfolio success
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
