Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and business models
- Produce strategic briefings for executive teams on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5-10 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTR, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related technical field
