Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate planning and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver keynote presentations and trend briefings to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish metrics to track emerging technology adoption curves and competitive preparedness
- Curate an innovation ecosystem through partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or thought leader in innovation or futurism publications
- Experience with foresight tools like Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle, or bespoke models
